Sprouting Seeds
Sprouting seeds in your own kitchen is very easy, and sprouts are incredibly nutritious. Whether you're growing the traditional alfalfa or mung bean sprouts, or the newer broccoli sprouts and black oil sunflower sprouts, the process is the same and all you need is seeds and some items from your kitchen. If you want to grow sprouts in a big way, or for daily use, check out some of our sprouters that are designed specifically for the job. It's so easy to grow sprouts that you could be eating your homegrown sprouts in less than a week!
The sprouting seeds we sell are tested for (and free from) the pathogens E. coli and Salmonella.

Alfalfa
Certified Organic this all-time favourite, the mild-mannered sprout, alfalfa seeds are the traditional sprouting seeds for salad and sandwich sprouts. It is high in phytoestrogens and active antioxidants and concentrated in phytochemicals and vitamins including K. An excellent choice for beginner sprouters.
Bean Salad Blend
A delicious and crunchy selection of Certified Organic spouting seeds, blended to perfection: This sprouting blend includes adzuki beans, mung beans, lentils, and a touch of radish for zip.
Black Oil Sunflower
Certified Organic. Black oil sunflower seeds Grow delicious sunflower flavoured shoots. Perfect for microgreens, you may remove the roots before eating. Growing sunflower seeds take longer than most microgreens, 6 to 10 days. Sunflower seeds produce very tasty sprouts. Sunflower greens have a crisp nutty flavour that some compare to watercress. Rich in enzymes, Vitamins A, B, C and E, Calcium, Chlorophyll, Iron, Magnesium, Niacin, Phosphorus, Potassium, Amino Acids. Delicious in sandwiches and salads. Broccoli
Certified Organic sprouting broccoli seeds for health and vitality! Conveniently, broccoli sprouting seeds are the easiest sprout to start with. Brown Mustard

Go Go Blend
A delightful sprouting mix of certified organic alfalfa, red clover, radish, mustard and fenugreek.
Gourmet Blend
Big sprouts, full of flavour and nutrients. This blend includes mung beans, green lentils, soya beans, garbanzos, and radish.
Green Hunter
Certified Organic Sprouting Seeds. Beware of phytonutrient overload! Green Hunter sprouting seed blend is a mix of mung beans, lentils, adzuki beans, garbanzo and red radish seeds. The sprouts of mung beans are pre-eminently suited for stir-fry dishes and for soups. Grilled or deep-fried they are delicious in salads. Wash the sprouts before use. You can eat them raw, but in general it is recommended to steam or blanch them.
Green Lentils
Certified Organic green lentil sprouting seeds grow mild tasty, large sprouts. Green lentils are high in fiber and linoleic, linolenic and oleic acids, coenzyme Q10, lignans, Vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, B15, B17, C, K, choline, folic acid. Add to soups.
Green Peas Sprouting
Certified Organic Green sprouting Peas.Our most popular sprouting seed! Large, mild sprouts. Light sautéing or steaming of pea sprouts improves the nutritional value. Many peas will also grow a delicious pea shoot.
Hard Red Wheat

Mung Beans
Certified Organic mung beans for sprouting. Mung beans are tiny warehouses of nutrition are high in Vitamins A, B, C and E, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Amino Acids. Not only are mung bean sprouts are high in protein, vitamin C and Folacin, they are low in salicylate. In Chinese medicine, mung bean sprouts are considered to be a yin or cooling food. Use in salads and stir-fries.Sprout in complete darkness or mung beans will have a bitter flavour. Rinse as often as possible and harvest at about 1.5 to 2 inches long.
Red Clover
Certified Organic red clover sprouting seeds. Very easy to sprout! Mild and delicious, red clover sprouts are one of the highest dietary sources of isoflavones:. Vitamins A, B, C, E and K, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Zinc, Carotene, Chlorophyll, and Amino Acids.
Red Radish
Certified Organic red radish sprouting seeds. We found red radish sprouting seeds the fastest to sprout. Red radish sprouts have quite a bit of the heat associated with garden radishes, so they're not for the faint of heart. Quick growing, and high in nutrients — especially Vitamins A, B1, B2, C and the mineras iron, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus and sodium. Red radish sprouts are 15% protein and said to be good for eyesight and the stomach. Try with fish and fennel salad!
