Bolero is my favourite carrot. Sweet, crunchy, excellent flavour, doesn't get woody with age. I would give it a 5 but for its weak leaves which often rip free when I try to pull the carrots from my clay soil. The pelleted seed makes planting very easy and minimizes thinning. Almost all the seeds germinate. |
